Web Site Design
I follow a "per page" pricing system for all my website projects rather than charging by the hour. The main problem with charging by the hour is that there is no way to determine how long it would really take to build your web site. With the "per page" pricing system you will know exactly what you'll be paying before I begin working on your web site.
The only time I would bill you by the hour is when additional work is added to the web design project by you. Before I do the work you will be given an estimate for the add-ons. I will do the extra work only after you have given me the approval.
Half of the cost of your website is required up front. The deposit can be paid by check, money order or online via PayPal.
Once your website is completed and you approve the design work, you will receive a final bill, for the remaining balance. Your web site will not be uploaded to your server until all final billing invoices have been paid.

needs, you can use the pricing chart below to get a round about idea of what it would cost to design your website.
Per Page Pricing Chart
1st Page (Home Page) - $300
Pages 2-9 - $80 per page
Pages 10-19 - $60 per page
Pages 20+ - $50 per page
All web sites come with: up to 6 images, navigation buttons, and 1 basic contact form. |
For Example: If you were looking for a 4 page web site, the total cost would be: $540, plus the cost for any additional images you may want to add, domain name, and web hosting.
The standard course of action when starting a web design project is to request a free price quote, have a face to face meeting, or a phone meeting to discuss your project in depth. Usually I can get a detailed price proposal back to you within 24 business hours of you sending me a price quote, or meeting with you.
Web Site Maintenance
Web Maintenacne is billed at $60.00/hour
All changes are guaranteed to be done within 72 business hours.
Web Site Maintenance: Pre-Paid Plans
Save Money with our pre-paid Web Maintenance Plans.
You will NOT have to pay again until you have used up all your minutes/hours or after one year or being on the maintenance plan, which ever comes first. Minutes/hours are good up to one year, as long as you stay with a maintenance package.
