Here is the design process of designing a website. From start to finish, we keep our clients informed of the progress of their website. Breaking it down, we continue in the following manner after receiving a quote request:
Design Process Steps
- Get to know more about the client and their business - What are their goals and what do they want the website to do for them? Look over information received on quote request and talk about options by e-mail or phone - client's preference.
- Write up Quote based on information and discussion. Once quote is approved, we will send a contract outlining specifics of the quote for client to sign. A 50% deposit will be requested at the time of signing.
- Send a questionnaire discussing any specifics previously not discussed such as colors, themes, specific links, features and more.
- Begin designing the website depending on specific needs. Send a link of a mockup of the website. Make any changes requested by client.
- Once mockup is approved, we will begin designing the rest of the website. During the whole design process the client will be able to view their website at any time. This gives the client the opportunity to express likes and dislikes on the site design.
- Present for final approval of completed site design. Complete any additional requests such as input of text, products, pictures, etc.
- Once client is 100% satisfied, an invoice will be emailed for payment of remaining balance due.
- Upload website to client's hosting.
- Follow up with client for any questions or concerns. Remind client of our 30-day policy for minor changes and edits at no additional charge.
